Refund Policy
1. Our 90-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
KILOCALORII SRL ("we," "us," "the Company") stands behind The Food Monetizer Toolkit ("the Product"). We offer a 90-day conditional money-back guarantee to ensure that customers who genuinely engage with the material have the opportunity to evaluate it risk-free.
This is a conditional guarantee, not a no-questions-asked refund policy. The conditions are clearly stated below and are designed to ensure refunds are issued to customers who have genuinely tried to apply the methods taught.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
2.1 Time window
The refund request must be submitted within 90 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
2.2 Course completion
You must have completed the core video lessons of the Product. "Completion" means having viewed the full video lessons listed in the Product's curriculum, accessible via the Circle.so platform at toolkit.thefoodmonetizer.com.
2.3 Implementation requirement
You must have published at least 30 videos using the methods taught in the Product. This may be on any platform covered in the Product (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) or a combination of platforms.
The 30 videos must be:
• Genuine attempts to apply the methods taught (not test posts, blank uploads, or single-frame placeholders)
• Published on accounts you own or operate
• Verifiable, meaning you can provide links upon request
2.4 Good-faith effort
The refund is intended for customers who genuinely tried the system and found it did not work for them.
Refunds may be denied at the Company's discretion in cases of:
• Apparent abuse of the policy (e.g., requesting a refund after extracting and downloading the entire course content)
• Violation of the Terms of Use (e.g., sharing course content)
• Chargebacks filed without prior contact with us
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Submit your request
Send an email to contact@thefoodmonetizer.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Your Order Number or Purchase Email]
In the body of the email, include:
• Your full name
• The email address used at checkout
• The date of purchase
• A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
• Links to at least 30 published videos demonstrating your implementation of the methods taught
3.2 What happens next
1. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days
2. We will review your submission to verify the eligibility conditions are met
3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of approval
4. If we have questions or need additional verification, we will contact you within the 5 business day acknowledgment window
3.3 If your request is denied
If your refund request is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of which condition was not met. You may:
• Provide additional information addressing the unmet condition (we will reconsider)
• Request escalation to senior review by replying to the denial email
We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and in good faith.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
4.1 Method of refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We process refunds via Stripe.
4.2 Refund timing
After approval, refunds typically appear in your account within:
• 5–10 business days for credit and debit cards
• 3–5 business days for digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Longer for certain international cards or banks
The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
4.3 Refund amount
Approved refunds are for the full purchase amount paid, including any VAT collected on the original purchase. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank, if any, are not refunded by us.
4.4 Access revocation
Upon refund approval, your access to the Product will be revoked. You agree to:
• Stop using the Product immediately
• Delete any downloaded materials, screenshots, or notes from the Product
• Cease applying the proprietary methodologies taught (this does not prohibit the use of general public knowledge)
Continued use of the Product after refund constitutes a breach of the Terms of Use and may result in legal action.
5. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection law:
5.1 14-day withdrawal right (waived for digital content)
EU Directive 2011/83/EU grants consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right is waived for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, provided the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right.
By completing your purchase and accessing the Product, you provide such consent and waive the 14-day withdrawal right.
5.2 Our voluntary 90-day guarantee
Our 90-day conditional money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily and goes beyond the statutory minimum. The conditions described in this Policy apply to the voluntary guarantee.
5.3 Legal warranties
Nothing in this Policy affects mandatory legal warranties or non-waivable consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. EU consumers retain the right to remedies for non-conforming digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770.
If the Product is not delivered, is materially defective, or does not conform to its description, you may have additional rights independent of this Refund Policy. Contact contact@thefoodmonetizer.com to discuss any such concerns.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first at contact@thefoodmonetizer.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact:
• Triggers fees and disputes that ultimately raise costs for all customers
• May result in the suspension of your access pending investigation
• Will not prevent us from contesting the chargeback with evidence of your purchase, course access, and our refund policy
If a chargeback is filed for a transaction we believe was legitimate and within our refund policy terms, we will provide Stripe with documentation contesting the claim.
7. Exceptions
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
The following are not eligible for refund:
• Purchases made more than 90 days before the refund request
• Purchases where the eligibility conditions in Section 2 are not met
• Promotional bonuses, free trials, or items not paid for separately
• Purchases where the customer has violated the Terms of Use (e.g., sharing course content, reselling, attempting to extract source material)
8. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights for that purchase.
